Kindergeburtstag im Tiny Art Studio

Gemeinsam besprechen wir im Voraus, was das Geburtstagskind basteln bzw. malen möchte,
einen Kuchen darf selbst mitgebracht werden und um den Rest kümmern wir uns.

Alter:
Für Kinder ab dem Kindergarten-Alter bis ca. 12 Jahren

Anzahl Kinder:
bis max. 8, da es im tiny Zirkuswagen nicht mehr Platz gibt :) -
Die Party findet aus Platzgründen ohne Eltern statt. Fotos werden gemacht und innerhalb von 24h
zugeschickt.

Dauer der Party:
2 bis 2,5h (je nach Bastelthema)

Ablauf:
- Basteln ca. 1,25h
- Kuchen/Snacks essen und singen
- Geschenke auspacken
- Draussen spielen in unserem Garten (nur bei trockenem Wetter)

Preis:
Pauschal CHF 280.- für 6 Kinder, jedes weitere Kind CHF 35.-

- Komplettes Bastelmaterial

Betreuung der Kinder während der Party
- Deko (Ballone und Wimpelketten)
- Popcorn für alle Kinder
- Geschirr und Servietten für den Kuchen/Cupcakes (falls themenbezogene Teller und Becher erwünscht sind, können diese gerne mitgebracht werden)
- Aufräumen am Schluss

Bastelthema:
Hast du eine Idee oder wünschst du dir ein spezielles Geburtstags-Thema? Lass uns das im Voraus zusammen besprechen. Siehe unten die Galerie für Ideen und Vorschläge.

Kuchen:
Der Kuchen muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Mein persönlicher Tipp: Aline von www.glueck-stueck.ch backt wunderschöne Kuchen und Cupcakes auf Bestellung (sie gewährt 10% Rabatt für Buchungen über das Tiny Art Studio).

Piñata:
Möchtest du deine ganz persönliche Piñata für die Party? Anja von Piñatas ART bastelt dir auf Bestellung eine passende zum Geburtstags-Thema. Grösse ca. 40cm, personalisiert mit Namen des Kindes, ohne Füllung zum Fixpreis von CHF 60.-. Anfragen bitte frühzeitig und direkt an anja_i@icloud.com

Bezahlung/Storno:
Bezahlung vor Ort in bar oder Twint. Bei Absage innerhalb einer Woche vor dem Termin verrechnen wir 50% des Gesamtbetrages.

Age:
For children from kindergarten age -
Number of children:
up to 8 - because there is no more space in the tiny circus wagon :) - Due to space constraints, the party will take place without parents. Photos will be taken and sent within 24 hours.

Duration of the party:
2 to 2.5 hours (crafts, eating cake/snacks, unwrapping presents and possibly playing outside)

Scedule:
- Crafting approx. 1.25 hours
- Eating cake/snacks and singing
- unwrap gifts
- Play outside in our beautiful garden (only in dry weather)

min. CHF 280.- (6 kids), every additional child CHF 35.-

- Deco (balloons and pennant chain)
- Popcron for all kids
- Tableware and napkins for the cake/cupcakes (if you want themed plates and cups, you are welcome to bring them with you) and cleaning up at the end.

Theme:
Do you have an idea or would you like a special birthday theme? Let's discuss this together in advance. See gallery below for some ideas and inspiration. -
Cake:
You have to bring your own cake. My personal tip: Aline from www.glueck-stueck.ch bakes beautiful cakes and cupcakes to order (she gives a 10% discount for bookings through the Tiny Art Studio). -
Piñata:
You want your very own pinata for the party? Anja from Piñatas ART will be happy to make you a birthday themed one to order. Size approx. 40cm, personalized with the child's name, without filling for a fixed price of CHF 60.-. Please send inquiries early and directly to anja_i@icloud.com -
Payment/Cancellation:
Payment in advance in cash or twint on the day of the party. If you cancel within one week before the appointment, we will charge 50% of the total amount.
